The Northern Mosaic Network and the Rainbow Youth Centre are run by our Executive Director, staff, Board of Directors and hardworking volunteers. We're always looking for donations of things, time and funding to improve the Centre and the quality of programming for our youth and their allies.

DONATING ITEMS

Running our Rainbow Youth Centre, we're always looking for furniture and housewares that might make youth feel more at home in the space.

Currently, we're hoping to find:

  • 2SLGBTQIPA+ related art

We’re also always looking for books, resources, movies, supplies, or other knick-knacks that you think might be a good fit for our space.

Currently, we're hoping to find:

  • books and movies about intersectional 2SLGBTQIAA+ issues/identity

  • magazines about 2SLGBTQIAA+ issues/identity

  • school supplies/craft supplies

  • art supplies (canvases, paint, other art mediums)

  • iPads/tablets for youth use

Please contact us at admin@northernmosaic.net to arrange a drop-off or pick-up of supplies or donations.

DONATING TIME

We’re always looking for people to donate their time as accountants, bookkeepers, lawyers, nurses, doctors, social workers, teachers or other professionals that can offer professional services as a donation.

If you're hoping to donate a service to us, please contact us at admin@northernmosaic.net.

DONATING FUNDS

We are a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency. This means we can provide tax receipts for donations made.

We are always in need of funds to further our work, especially as we move to further de-centralize and do more work in the more remote communities in the NWT. There are a few different ways to donate your funds to us:

E-transfer

Send an email to admin@northernmosaic.net (we have direct deposit). If you’d like to receive a tax receipt, please send an email with your name and address.

We accept cheques in-person, but you are also welcome to mail them to:
